I really dig Pento. I’m confident payroll won’t be a problem as we grow. This software has everything under control.

Ran into a problem with our Pento system not syncing up with HiBob. Reached out to support and Neve got back to me in just 10 minutes. After a bit of back and forth, she laid out exactly how to resolve it and gave me a detailed step-by-step guide. It did the trick immediately, and the problem was gone. Truly impressive service!

I logged into Pento right before payday to tweak a few things, and bam! A huge red error message popped up, saying our HR system was disconnected from Pento. I gave reconnecting a shot, but more errors just kept coming! Neve was super responsive, offered troubleshooting tips, and ultimately found the perfect fix. Overall, Pento is a fantastic and user-friendly platform, and whenever I've had questions, the team has been spot on. Big thanks! :)

I've gotta say, Pento is hands down the best payroll software I've ever used. I just wish it was available in every country we operate in. The processing time is way longer, and we can make changes right up to a couple of days before payday. Plus, it integrates perfectly with our HRIS. Georgia and Konstantins from the support team have been super helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Their response times are quick, and they actually help with calculations and details instead of just sending over an article. I’d definitely recommend Pento for small to medium-sized businesses, but I can't comment on larger ones just yet.

I've interacted with Konstantins multiple times whenever I've had inquiries about setting things up or figuring out how stuff works, or even when I needed help with changes. Every single time, he’s been super proactive, resolving all my issues and addressing every question I had.

Mel was incredibly friendly and really helpful, guiding me through the calculations so I could grasp what she had done. She was also more than willing to spend some time addressing a few other questions I had.

Shafwan Shikdar was a tremendous support!! He broke everything down for me through email and even hopped on a call at the last minute to sort out my issue with maternity pay. He fixed the problem and saved me a ton of time that I would’ve spent figuring it out on my own. A genuinely nice guy, super easy to chat with, and a real lifesaver! This product is just fantastic!

Super easy to use after you get it set up. It links up with our HR system, syncs everything with HMRC, and automatically sends out payslips to the crew.

All I need to do is hit review, then submit, and make one payment, and Pento takes care of paying everyone separately (including HMRC). Brilliant!

Since we started using Pento in 2021, we've brought on over 15 new employees. Honestly, it would have been a total hassle doing this the old-fashioned way.

This thing is super simple and fast! It has really cut down the time I spend each month and keeps me from messing around with Google Sheets. I haven't tested the approval flow yet, but I reckon it’ll be a big help in keeping payroll info safe. Can't wait to see how the product evolves and what fresh features they roll out next.
